Five-minute setup
Get a team of ten productive before lunch.

Do a huddle instead of a meeting
The habit that makes people stop opening the old tools — and the fastest way to prove the merge.
Troubleshooting
The three things that actually go wrong.
If it isn't one of these, check status and then open a ticket — include your workspace name so we can read the event log with you.
support_agentContact supportWeb push on iOS only works from the installed home-screen app, not a Safari tab — install it from Share → Add to Home Screen, open it once, and allow notifications. On Android, check Chrome site settings for the workspace domain. Muted channels still deliver mentions and thread replies.
Docs are nice. A live workspace is better.
Most of this makes more sense with your own channels in front of you.
